Nick is the founder behind TOP Consulting Group, a company dedicated to transforming today’s twenty-somethings into tomorrow’s leaders. His mission? To teach the essential, “un-outsourceable” skills of effective communication and personal development that are crucial for success in the modern world.

As a first-generation college student, Nick knows firsthand the challenges of navigating the unknown. He earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business from NJIT, followed by a Master’s in Data Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Since graduating, Nick has made it his mission to give back to students, helping over 500 individuals with resume revisions, interview preparation, and coaching them to secure full-time positions. He’s also a passionate advocate for Latino professionals, delivering inspiring speeches and workshops at numerous universities and organizations, including:• Princeton University
